Is AWARDED a bid board?
No. It is not open bid shopping. The model is built around budget guardrails, fit, and real intent to award.
What if I do not know my concrete budget yet?
Start with Budget Build. We will create a concrete-specific baseline so you can set guardrails and move forward.
When do AWARDED fees apply?
AWARDED success fees apply only when a contractor is awarded.
What kinds of contractors are in the network?
The network is built around verified concrete contractors reviewed for insurance, fit, capacity, and responsiveness.
Can contractors join from outside Ohio?
Yes, if they fit the project geography and meet the network requirements.
Do you still offer takeoffs?
Yes. Takeoff and estimating support now live under Budget Build and pre-award support.
