You decide
If the contractor meets the requirements and fits the guardrails, you move to award. Success fee applies only when a contractor is awarded.
AWARDED Qualified
A project should be labeled AWARDED Qualified only when it has:
- Budget guardrails
- Defined scope boundaries
- Bid due date and award-by date
- Contractor requirements clearly identified
